  • Why don't you list your prices?

    Our fee is probably not the cheapest however, whatever the percentage agreed to is “all inclusive”, meaning we don’t advertise/charge our clients a lower percentage only to then nickel & dime them with “clearing-house fee” printing, stuffing of envelopes and postage for patient statements, or require practice use a certain EMR or Practice Management software etc… For more information, please contact us.

    How do you charge for your services?

    Our fee is a percentage of collected, which we mutually agreed to.  Pricing structure is established for each client in advance of service commencing.

    How often do you invoice us?

    We can invoice you on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, the choice is yours.

    How would you receive the information needed to do my billing?

    There are a few ways we can retrieve your information:  by e-mail, fax, mail, or pick up from your office (local clients only).
